At Blancs, we want your wardrobe to be a perfect fit. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange any item within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure the garments remain in pristine condition during transit.

• 3.
  Apply Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your package before dropping it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
